So, life has been super busy lately!! Dance, t-ball, and gymnastics keep me running!! Luckily it will slow down when summer gets here! The girls do not have any extra curricular activities during summer time.


Preston is getting so big!! I can't believe all the things he is doing and saying!! He is such a boy!!! One messy, rowdy, lovable lil boy! I remember when my girls were little they were so dainty and girly. They didn't make huge messes when they ate and they didn't like bugs. Preston is the complete opposite. He loves bugs!! He picks them up and will show you and say BUG BUG!! lol! He loves to feed himself now (unfortunately lol) he makes a ginormous mess, but momma let's him do it! I LOVE my lil boy!!


Savannah got glasses Monday!! She looks soooo stinkin' cute!!!! I love them and so does she! She only has to wear them while at school.


The girls had field day Tuesday. Savannah won 1st place in the 50 meter and 5th in the 110. I told her next time stick to the short distances...lol. Catie won 4th in the 75 and 110! They had a great time. It was soooo hot that day though!!!



Dance is wrapping up. It's almost recital time!! It's such a stressful time. We have pictures and dress rehearsal most of the week. But it's all worth it in the end seeing my beautiful lil girls on stage performing what they have been working so hard on!! my heart swells with pride!!! Catie will get her 5 year pin this year and let me tell you this is a big accomplishment for her!! She has been in dance and worked her tiny butt off since she was only 3!!!! Easter

Yes, I am a lil late posting about Easter, but better late than never right?? We had a busy Easter weekend! My mom, sister, brother-in-law and nephews all came over to our house. We hunted Easter eggs and ate great food! The kid's had such a fun time playing together!

We went to early service Easter morning. It was such an awesome sermon!!! I just love church on Easter!! We had such a busy day we knew we better get it started early! We were up and ready and out the door by 8am!! We went to Michael's aunt Kelly's house. Most of his family was there and there was a ton of kids!



Is this not just super cute!! Preston and his lil cousin, Jayleigh!! They played and played!! He just loved her!!
Preston had a BLAST hunting Easter eggs! His basket was a football (perfect since he is obsessed with balls!!) He would run to an egg and scream EGG!!!!! LOL!

Preston and the girl's LOVE their Paw-Paw! He is actually their great grandpa....Michael's grandpa. He is such an awesome man! They are trying to move closer to where we live and we hope they do!!!
Savannah enjoying a yummy cupcake we made! All in all it was a wonderful Easter! Family, yummy food, and MY GOD!! Can't get better than that!!

Catie's 8th birthday party

Ok, so I have not been a good blogger!! So much as gone on the last month. I am just going to post a few different posts about the last month.

Catelyn's 8th birthday party was in March. She had such a great turn out!! We had it at bounce-a-lot. Her theme was GIRL'S ROCK!! I loved the place we had it at! I didn't have to do much of anything it was so nice!!

Can't believe how big she is!!!



She got a ton of presents!! She got 10 Justin Bieber shirts, jewelry, new jewelry box, new bike and so much more!

My fave birthday parties

Today I am linking up with Kelly's Korner show us your life "KID's BIRTHDAY PARTIES!!" I am so excited! I love love planning my kiddos parties!! I have planned a total of 14 birthday parties...lol (all of my kid's combined.) I am just blogging about some of my favorite parties so far.

This was Savannah's 5th birthday! We had it at a local toy store. It was a Cinderella Princess party. The kid's loved playing on the jump house!

Cinderella even showed up at the party! The girls loved her!! They all got their picture made with her.

This was Catelyn's Fancy Nancy party! We had it at our house. We cleaned out the garage and threw a TON of tulle everywhere!!! It looked like pink and purple thew up in my garage!HAHA...but I think it turned out BEAUTIFUL!!!!!!!!

My friend Elizabeth made her shirt and I made her tutu.

This party turned out to be soo fun!! The kids were told to come in their best attire! We played pin the tierra on the princess and had a pinata.

I made the birthday banner and had vases of strawberry whoppers for the kiddos. They all had their own tierra and princess wand.

This was Savannah's 4th birthday party! It was a flip flop/swim theme! We had it at a swimming pool here in town. Everyone came dressed in their bathing suites and after we opened presents and ate cake we all went swimming!

This was Preston's FIRST birthday party! I must say the first b-day is my FAVE!! We had it at our house since his birthday is in August and it's hotter than heck here!!

All the kiddos got this banana as a party gift. The tag says "thanks for swinging by"

My handsome birthday boy!!

The table!! I loved the monkey's!! He has always slept with a lil monkey and has a ton of clothes with monkey's on them. So, I knew when he was about 6 months old that we were going to have a monkey party!

The bakerman is AWESOME!!!!!!

This is the party I have been planning the last couple of months! Catelyn wanted a GIRLS ROCK theme! It is gonna be super cute/AWESOME! There will be lots of zebra and purpe/pink cheetah print! Check back in a few days to see how it turned out!!!

Happy 8th Birthday, Catie

Eight years ago today a lil girl came into my life that changed who I was forever! The moment the Dr. put her into my arms she had me and her daddy wrapped around her lil finger!! The only words I could say when I saw her was "SHE IS SO PRETTY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" I literally said it over and over!! I had never seen such a BEAUTIFUL baby in my life! She was PERFECT! She was angelic! I was so happy/proud to be her MOM! She was mine and I couldn't have been happier! I was only 21 at the time and had experienced TRUE never ending, unconditional, real LOVE!

Catelyn you have always been so full of life, spunk, and laughter! You are such a sweetheart! You are very protective and can't stand it when someone is in pain! I think you would make a wonderful nurse just like your momma one day! I love spending having momma/Catie time with you. You are at such a fun age...you love going shopping with me now!!! It amazes me at how much you are like myself! You talk and act just like me..ha! You are such a girly girl but you also love to go outside and ride bikes and play in the dirt! You love to get dressed up! Every morning when we are getting ready for school you say you want to wear a dress. You want your hair perfect and combed just right. You are now aware of the cost of things. If you think something is to expensive you tell us you do not want it. I think that is such a great quality. I never want you to take for granted all the things you have. You love going to church and learning about God! You are very tender hearted and you always want to pray for those who are hurt! God blessed me with such a wonderful, beautiful daughter!! I am so proud to call you mine!! Happy 8th birthday, Catie bug!!!!

This weekend Valerie and her family came down. The boy's went muddin' Saturday morning. We were all going to go but it was way to cold for the kiddos. So, me and Val and the kiddos went to the mall for a lil retail therapy. Didn't find much of anything!! It's so in between seasons. I am SOOO ready for flip flops and tanks!! Later that night we had a triple date with Jenn, Josh, Val and Nathan. Elizabeth and Travis couldn't make it :( We tried out the new Genghis grill and it was DELICIOUS!!! We had a super great night!!!

Sunday we went to church and took Catie to Wal-Mart to help pick out her birthday present. She zoomed in on a new bike! I cannot believe my baby is 8!! I keep thinking....8 more years and she will be driving...YIKES!!! This year she is having a GIRLS ROCK party! It is gonna be soo cute!
