and the season begins...

So, right now my life is revolving around baseball...and I love it (for now that is) We either have a game or practice 3 days a week. This weekend we kept our nephew Cameron. We where at the ball field all day Saturday. They had opening ceremonies at 9 that morning and then Catelyn had her first game at 1 and Savannah had her game at 3:15. Michael is helping coach Catelyn's team. He loves coaching!!


Catelyn hit the ball twice but they where both foul balls. She was just glad she hit the ball...lol! Her team ended up loosing 1-8 but they played one of the best teams.

Birthday and Baseball

I turned a year older Monday! The day would have been alot better if I hadn't gotten sick! :( I took Preston to get his pictures made downtown. Then went shopping and out to eat with my Mom. That's when my stomach started killing me!! I went home and Michael called me and said get the kids ready they are going to Runt and Christy's house and we are going to Olive Garden. I felt so bad that I had to tell him no. There was noooooo way I could have made through dinner without going to the bathroom 500 times. I did get a bunch of cool stuff for my birthday though. Michael had my new pantry made. It's GREAT!!! I have sooo much room for food now!! My Mom got me new bar stools and my Dad and Mom got me a steam mop. And my Bff's got me a gift card to Hobby Lobby...YAY!! They know me so well!!!!!



Catelyn and Savannah started machine pitch and t-ball. Like my life wasn't already super busy with dance and awanas and school. Now we have 2 different practices twice a week and two different games twice a week. Just call me soccer mom...lol!! I don't have any pics of Catie in her uniform just yet because her first game is not until this coming week.

Preston is 7 months old now. He is just starting to scoot. I can't believe in the next couple of weeks he will be crawling.

He got his feelings hurt sooo bad. I of course couldn't help but laugh. Look how stinkin cute that lil face is!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sunday we had Catelyn's Fancy Nancy birthday party. It turned out soooo cute!! She got a ton of great presents.


She had been begging for a DSI. She had a DS but it didn't take pictures like the DSI. So, about 3 weeks ago we traded in the old DS for the new one and she has been freaking out thinking she left the old DS at my mom's house...lol.

All the pretty girls. It was a crazy party...we where so busy..lol. I couldn't believe how many lil girls came.

We where going to have the party in our dinning room, but the day before the party i had a change of heart. I was getting nervous about all the people and 7 year lil girls in my house eating cake on my carpet..lol...so we had it in our garage. I think it turned out super cute! We stayed up till midnight decorating.

Catelyn's B-Day

So, I forgot to blog about Catelyn's actual birthday. First thing Wed. morning she woke up and found her Zhu-Zhu pets waiting for her on the coffee table Then I let her make her own lunch. I told her that she could put whatever she wanted in her lunch box ( I was praying that the teachers would not look in the lunch box and think what a horrible mother I was letting my kid have a ton of junk..lol) She ended up packing yogurt, fruit cup,cheetos, and cookies. Then she was off to school. After school she came home and went to Awana's. After Awana's her Daddy came home and gave her flowers and a necklace. She thought she was soo big getting flowers..lol. Then we had cupcakes and sang happy birthday!!

Today my sweet Catie bug turned 7. I know every parent says this but time has really flown by. I look at her in amazment. She has turned into a lil lady and it breaks my heart but at the same time it makes my heart swell with pride!! I looked at her late last night and could still see that lil fat cheeked crazy haired lil girl. I would love to go back in time when she was a baby and hold her just one last time. She was my first born. My first unconditional love.

I haven't blogged in a week or so. We have been pretty busy. The girls are now playing t-ball and machine pitch. So between both of their practices and dance it's keeping Momma busy!! lol This weekend Catie had Tatum and Sky over. Savannah went to her friend Morgan's house.

Sunday we cleaned up the yard and garage. We are getting ready for Catelyn's birthday party. I can't believe she is almost 7!!
