Introducing Peyton Olivia

Today was a very busy day! Michael's parents came over this morning. The kids where very excited to see their Nana and Papa. The girls know that whenever Nana comes over she brings them treats. Here is Preston enjoying his sucker..lol.

Then I meet up with Val so we could go to Jennifer's house to meet Peyton. We went to Wal-Mart first to get Elizabeth some get well soon flowers and candy. She couldn't go with us to Jenn's because she has the Flu :( We then headed to Jenn's. Peyton is sooo beautiful!!! I just love her already!! We had a lil photo shoot with her. I think the pics turned out super duper cute!!! She was so alert and had her eyes opened the whole time.....i think she is already a pro at having her pics made. Maybe she will be a model one day...lol.

We then went out to eat with my parents. We ate fried catfish..yummyy!! Oh, and speaking of food and all I have lost 10 lbs so far. I still need to loose 10 more, but this is a start!

Ok, so I forgot to blog about Preston's 6 month appt. He weighs 19.2lbs and 26 1/2 inc. long. He had to get 5 shots. He did so good. He didn't even cry until his 3rd shot. As you can see his new accessory is hats!! I told Michael the girls have their bows and P has hats now...lol.

So almost right after I posted the other blog today Preston started sitting up all by his self!!!!!

My BFF Jennifer had her lil girl Peyton Olivia on Feb. 23rd. She is just so beautiful!! I can't wait to meet her! They make it so hard for mom's with small kids to go to the hospital and see anyone. So, I am going with Elizabeth and Val Saturday to see her.


It's still been cold so we have tried to stay in doors. I did work yesterday...first time in like 3 weeks...lol. I am still getting things together for Catie bug's birthday party. We had a lil photo session for her birthday invitations..which turned out super cute!!!

And then he slowly starts leaning and then falls...lol.

He now has his second tooth. It started pocking through Feb. 24th. He also has his two top teeth that will be coming in very soon.

our weekend

Michael has been so sick this week we have not had much time to get out and do too much. He was running fever and coughing his poor head off. Thankfully he is feeling better now. Thursday my sweet photographer friend took some pictures of Preston. I think they turned out super cute!!

Friday ,Elizabeth and me went to Jennifer's house to take her lunch. She is on bedrest and is going stir crazy. She is being induced Monday. I can't wait to meet Miss Peyton!!

Friday night Michael and I went on a date. We had such a great time! He even cleaned up his truck so he could take me out in it..lol. We went to Chili's and then did a lil shopping and watched The Blind Side. It was such a great movie!! So inspirational!!!!!



Catelyn is changing every day. She is growing up so fast!! I just love the lil girl she is becoming!! She has been on a reading kick lately. Catelyn and Savannah started Awana's a few weeks ago and Catelyn carries her Awana book around with her everywhere.

This is where she spends alot of her time in her bean bag reading.

6 months

Preston is 6 months old today! I can not believe it has been 6 months ALREADY!! It just makes me so sad that he is growing up so fast! He is my last baby and I am just not ready for him to get big!!!





You are such a happy baby!!! You love your feet and anything else you can get in your mouth. You love your excersaucer. You are still sleeping very well. You wake up at 6 every morning to eat and then you go back to sleep until 8. You are eating two jars of baby food every day now. We moved you out of your baby bathtub and to your big boy seat. You still love taking baths. Now you can splash the water and you love it! Your favorite toy is your octopus. You love sucking on its legs. You no longer have to be rocked to go to sleep. Sometimes Momma still does just because I love to rock you...but most of the time when you get sleepy we just lay you down in your bed and you go right to sleep. You got your first tooth on Feb 8th. You now roll your ankles all the time. It looks like you are woking out your ankles..lol. You are in a size 3 diaper and now wearing 12 month clothes. You love to watch T.V. You are now taking your paci again. You didn't want anything to do with it for a month or so but now you love it again. You are trying to balance yourself when i sit you up. Daddy calls you a Momma's boy and that is FINE with me..lol. You now cry when I walk by and don't pick you up. It's like you are realizing I am your momma.




We went for your 6 month check up. You weigh 19.2 lbs and you are 26 1/2 inc. long. He put you on Pulmacort to see if we can get rid of your cough you have had forever. I hope it works!

Valentine's Day

We woke up Sunday morning and I made pink chocolate chip pancakes for the girls.....(i always use food coloring on our pancakes...lol...even when it's not V-Day) Michael had been sick most of the night running fever,so we didn't go to church. We had a very low key Valentine's Day. We hung aound the house and played the Wii with the girl's.

Snow Day

The girls had their Valentine's Day party Thursday.




We FINALLY got some snow!!!! It started snowing Thursday and it snowed all day and all night.

So, I am a few days behind on blogging. Sunday we went to superbowl party at my friends house Runt and Christy. We had a great time! The girls cooked and stayed in the kitchen most of the time and the boys watched the game.

I made a new recipe that i had tried at the Pampered Chef party a couple of weeks ago. It is sooo yummy!! Zesty Ravioli.

Preston got his FIRST tooth last night!! He has been cutting this tooth forever! This is the reason for all his drooling!!! LOL

The last couple of days I have been re-planning Catelyn's 7th birthday party. We where going to do a peace sign/hippie party until I asked her if she wanted a Fancy Nancy party and of course she said yes!! So, I have been shopping and looking online for ideas like a crazy woman!! She is sooo excited about it and so is momma!!! I think it is going to be soo cute!!
